1st the house was beautiful and CLEAN!! BUT, it took 20mins to get in to the house keypad didn't not work have video to show how lock was just spinning and looks damage, after 20 mins of texting they finally gave us the code to the lock box with the key to the house, then in the morning we were not able to unlock the lock to get out of the house(keypad lock) which is the only way to lock the house. Called again and was told to the bottom lock which was with the key lock. No came to look at the keypad. We were there Tues. - Sunday. Then on Saturday when I was cleaning up looking for more dish soap, I open the doors underneath the sink there was a water leak, and a bowl was there to collect the water that was leaking which overflowed and water all over the bottom cabinet. Once again, I called only to be told that no could go there until Monday, if I could empty the bowl of water! So, with that said guest service get a ZERO! Even the owner told me the same thing about the keypad and water leak! Home was beautiful guest service gets a zero! We've stayed with Airbnb, Vrbo whenever we needed anything internet, gas tank, etc. they sent someone out with in 30mins. and called to speak with us!
