Recent Texas guest reviews

My recent stay at this lake house was nothing short of incredible! The moment that we walked in, we were treated to a beautiful home that was clean, bright, and welcoming. But as good as that first impression was, the outdoor views and amenities exceeded our expectations. We immediately jumped into the clean refreshing pool and when the sun went down got to warm up in the hot tub. The next morning we enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio overlooking the river. And throughout the day we fished, tubed up and down the river, enjoyed more of the pool and hot tub, and grilled. We wrapped up an incredible day with a fire and s’mores down by the river. From the cozy fireplace to the inviting outdoor patio, every corner of this house exuded charm and tranquility. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning my return. Don't miss out on this unforgettable retreat—I can't recommend it enough!

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the pool and easy walk to the beach. It was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We can’t wait for our next stay!! Thank you for the games and toys for the kids and the TVs in all the rooms!

Texas Gulf Coast

In the Gulf Coast cities of Corpus Christi and Galveston, you can beach comb breathtaking shoreline, eat your fill of Gulf Coast shrimp, and fish or boat to enjoy those gorgeous water views. Separated by about 200 miles of coastline, these south Texas towns offer arts, culture, and a plethora of outdoor attractions.

Inland Texas

Inland about 200 miles, the Central Texas city of Austin is charmingly weird and wonderful. Austin is home to the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival, the University of Texas, museums, galleries, and a variety of hiking and biking trails along the gorgeous Barton Creek Greenbelt. About 200 miles down the highway, you'll find the town of Fredericksburg's wineries, barbecue, and cute cabin rentals in the heart of the Hill Country.

We also offer vacation rentals in downtown Houston and Dallas, close to both cities' professional sports stadiums and all the dining and nightlife you could ask for.

Everything is bigger in Texas. Come see why with a stay at one of Vacasa's Texas vacation rentals!
