Nice, clean house built in the ‘80s on the Colorado River/Lake LBJ and very close driving distance to Inks Lake State Park. The kitchen is fully equipped and labeled so it was easy to cook meals. Sitting outside was very peaceful with lots of birds, ducks and geese to watch. The outside area has several tables and lots of chairs but we had to clean them ourselves and hunt for the chair cushions. We also had to contact guest services multiple times because the life jackets were locked up and no one seemed to know the combination to the lock. We finally got access to the life jackets but that information should have been posted in the house, along with where to locate the outdoor furniture cushions, extra paddles, hammock etc.
