The house gets 4 stars. Customer service when there are issues leave something to be desired. Our stay for the most part was good. House was well equipped with everything that we needed . It is modern and nice sized in a beautiful community. We did have a couple of significant issues. We checked in on Saturday. On our 2nd night (Sunday) at about 10:30pm the septic tank siren for the property next-door which is right outside our son’s bedroom window went off. There was no one to call and no one to help get it turned off. Reached out to Vacasa customer service and we were told that because it was not one of their properties, They couldn’t do anything about it and there’s no one that they could direct us to for assistance . We stayed in his house while waiting to move into our home so my son had school the next morning. It was horrible because we were up all night because of the siren. We asked Vacasa customer service to open a support ticket with the local office to see if they could be anything to give us some kind of credit or concession for that issue and we were told that because it wasn’t their property there’s nothing that they could do and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Second issue that we had was the bugs in the third bedroom upstairs. The third bathroom and bedroom were upstairs and we discovered that there was a host of bugs in the bed on the headboard and in the bathroom they looked like some kind of tick or some other Texas bug we didn’t recognize. Fortunately the bugs were isolated to that area. Unfortunately, we could not use that area bed, bath or tv because of the bugs. We reached out to Vacasa local office to see if there was any kind of credit or concession that could be made for the issues that we had and didn’t receive any resolution. Considering that we paid $1800 to stay at this home that was disappointing.

The view was great and for the most part the house was clean!!! They do need to put some good smelling plug-ins in the house to help with the odor!!!

Very clean, very close to Cypress Valley wedding venue. Great View! Fridge and Interior was very clean. Nice living and breakfast table. Needs more basic amenities like salt/pepper/coffee/no access to Master Closet. Really needed it to hang wedding outfits. Felt like they need to powerwash during pollen season to be able to enjoy this fully! Good value but again could be Great Value with few fixes.
