This is a great condo for a week-end gateway. The condo is clean, and functional, with an amazing view. The condo personnel is also very friendly and helpful. What I really dislike was the Vacasa people in Delaware. Let me start saying that a renter must pick the key in one location, while the condo is in another. They could easily place the lockbox at the condo location! Second, they sent the wrong code to open the lockbox, and while the Delaware never answered my call, using SMS to communicate with Vacasa in OR was easy and effective. Third, Vacasa sent very confusing instructions on where to park my car. I called, 2 days before my coming, the DE office, and the lady was very rude, and not helpful at all. I suppose they never bother to really access the condo since she did not know where the garage was located, but asked if I could read a Google Map. For these reasons, I will never, ever, use Vacasa again! One last comment regarding the condo. This is a great gateway to unplug and enjoy, but if your plans include watching TV, you will need to first close the bed, and then do so, which for some people might be inconvenient. Finally, placing magazines in a closed box, as it was the case, together with all wires might constitute a fire hazard, and should be corrected. The view is simply amazing!!! The possibility of waking up and look at the beach and ocean is simply priceless.
