There's a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area with a eight-person table, a breakfast bar for four, and a smart TV (one of seven) for your enjoyment. Down the hall is a window-lined living room/sunroom with another TV and a comfortable sectional.

But perhaps the heart of this home lies in the beautiful outdoor space. The enclosed backyard is home to the large pool, deck and hot tub -- ample space for barbecues and corn hole tournaments, and the pool barn for entertaining. Take a relaxing dip in the 33x13 heated, saltwater pool which includes a water feature, large tanning ledge and bench running the length of the pool. Newly upgraded, the pool barn features a full bathroom, changing area with extra storage, a washer/dryer, a Peloton, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Additional features of the house include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer, and central AC to welcome you back from the beach each day, as well as smart TVs in all of the bedrooms.

Pool/Pool House rules:
Pool is open 3/15 to 10/14 every year & pool heat is available for purchase. Hot tub is open year round.

No diving or jumping off fountain/water feature
No glass or anything breakable in pool or on pool deck
No furniture in the pool
Supervise children at all times
Children not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper
If sandy, rinse off before swimming

There are 3 designated parking spots (2 parking pads) - one to the left of the house for 2 cars and one to the right for 1 car. Do not park in neighbor's parking spots (street parking is allowed)
Hot tub and pool are serviced weekly (in season) - typically early morning Thursday or Friday
Mowing in front is Monday mornings (in season)
Trash collection is weekly - goes out Sunday nights for Monday morning pickup (place can at end of parking pad); bins are on a pad by the front-right of the house. (Do not put trash in neighbor's bins please!)
Recycling collection is bi-weekly - goes out Sunday nights for Monday morning pickup (place can at end of parking pad); bins are on a pad by the front-right of the house. (Do not put trash in neighbor's bins please!)
