There are 3 designated parking spots (2 parking pads) - one to the left of the house for 2 cars and one to the right for 1 car. Do not park in neighbor's parking spots (street parking is allowed)
Hot tub and pool are serviced weekly (in season) - typically early morning Thursday or Friday
Mowing in front is Monday mornings (in season)
Trash collection is weekly - goes out Sunday nights for Monday morning pickup (place can at end of parking pad); bins are on a pad by the front-right of the house. (Do not put trash in neighbor's bins please!)
