We loved our stay, but there were a few things that weren’t so great. I know that a grill isn’t listed in the amenities, but you can see a grill in several pictures. It was misleading. We had planned to use the grill and were surprised to find it was locked. The house was literally 92° when we arrived. Not a big deal, but we did have to frantically open windows and figure out the thermostats the second we walked in the door. Lastly, the corn hole and the remote for the hot tub were locked away in the garage. We couldn’t use the hot tub the first night. The local Vacasa manager came over the following morning and spent at least an hour trying to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and kind, but it was disruptive to our stay and it was a bummer we had lost the hot tub one of the two nights we were staying. That said, the house is obviously gorgeous with lots of upscale amenities. My dad is an audiophile and really enjoyed the sound system. The view is breathtaking. I’m an artist and loved seeing all of your real art throughout the house. The house is spacious and has a great layout. It was easy to find and easy to check in/check out. Despite a few initial hiccups, we would return and would recommend it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great. It was literally 10 mins walk to the ski lift @ Sugarbush. The home had everything we need it. Everything was in good shape. The Bed and the sofa bed were both comfortable.

We went for our daughter's graduation at Norwich University and we booked the day before our arrival. It is about a 30 minutes drive for whoever is interested to do this next year. The whole experience was great starting with the booking, throughout our stay and all the way to the end when they were extremely accommodating to some of our needs!! Very nice staff, they send someone right away to fix our smoke alarm that went off one evening. Everything was as described and looked exactly the same as the pictures. Huge king size bed with a nice mattress and a very cozy living room. We were able to cook and even bake a banana bread, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's my first time ever booking a place through Vacasa, so I downloaded the app, booked it in less than a minute. I actually found this listing through Airbnb first but it was cheaper through Vacasa 🙂. There is a grocery store 4 minutes down the road, Warren Store, with great local products and very nice staff, they sliced deli meats for me so we can have them for brunch. They normally don't sell by the pound. Shaw's supermarket is 7 minutes away, opposite direction, open until 9 pm. Paradise Provisions is another store but I haven't been inside. It's by the Sugarbush ski resort, up the road. We also had dinner at Rumble's Bistro and Bar located at the base of the ski slope. It's beautiful inside. Would love to return one day for skiing, Sugarbush Resort also looked nice but I would stay at this condo for at least a week, can't beat the price! Thanks again!
