We loved our stay, but there were a few things that weren’t so great. I know that a grill isn’t listed in the amenities, but you can see a grill in several pictures. It was misleading. We had planned to use the grill and were surprised to find it was locked.
The house was literally 92° when we arrived. Not a big deal, but we did have to frantically open windows and figure out the thermostats the second we walked in the door.
Lastly, the corn hole and the remote for the hot tub were locked away in the garage. We couldn’t use the hot tub the first night. The local Vacasa manager came over the following morning and spent at least an hour trying to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and kind, but it was disruptive to our stay and it was a bummer we had lost the hot tub one of the two nights we were staying.
That said, the house is obviously gorgeous with lots of upscale amenities. My dad is an audiophile and really enjoyed the sound system. The view is breathtaking. I’m an artist and loved seeing all of your real art throughout the house. The house is spacious and has a great layout. It was easy to find and easy to check in/check out. Despite a few initial hiccups, we would return and would recommend it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
