Breckenridge Vacation Rentals

Overall my family thought this townhouse was very good for the price point. Really no major issues. I stayed there with my wife and high school aged son and 2 college-age daughters on a 3-day ski trip. The parking spot is right outside the front door of the townhouse. The townhouse slapped my family comfortably. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom, and then my 3 children shared the second bedroom which included a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also a second set of bunk beds in a small landing area between the 2 bedrooms. We did not use that second set of bunk beds except my kids thought that was a good spot to spread there suitcase contents out on, so it did not clutter up the bedroom they were staying in. The hot tub was nice and clean and would fit 6 people comfortably. Water temperature was already at 100 degrees when we arrived and we turned it up to 104 during our stay and it went to that temperature quickly and maintained it well. The cover was light and easy to maneuver. Kitchen was well-stocked. Had all the various pans, baking sheets, cutlery, plates/bowls/glasses that you would need. It was nice that there was also a fresh salt and pepper Shaker and spray bottle of Pam there. Location is great if you were skiing at Breckenridge. It is literally a 2-minute drive to the Breck gondola lot. Note: If you are skiing at Breckenridge, I would definitely drive to the Breck Gondola lot. We were there over Easter weekend 2026. It cost $30 to park there but if you have 4 or more people in your party they consider you "car-pooling" and it is half price. The nice thing is when you pay you pay at the kiosk and enter your license plate and it is good for all day. So one of the days we skied we got to the gondola parking lot right before staying started, skied for a couple of hours, left our skis with everyone else's skis at the base of peak 8, took the gondola down to the parking lot. Our parking spot was only about 50 feet away from where you get off the gondola, we drove 2 minutes back to the condo, ate lunch and hung out for a while, drove 2 minutes back to the parking lot, did not have to repay for parking since we had already paid for the day, took the gondola back up to the base of peak 8, grabbed our skis and were back on the slopes all within barely over an hour. That alone makes this townhouse great. The townhouse itself has a little age to it but everything was in good working condition and clean. Other than a few light bulbs needing to be replaced we had really no issues in that regard. The Wi-Fi password and information was on a magnet on the refrigerator but we honestly did not use it as everybody had very good cell phone service. Cannot really speak about the TVs. We really did not try them much other than to turn them on. I did see that on the main living room TV when you turn it on there was a spot where you could go to Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. and enter your own account information
