This place is really nice! Has everything that you would need for your stay. The deck is lovely and the view is amazing. It is a 30 minute drive to Progreso and a 5 minute drive to Telchac Puerto. There is a security guard on site 24/7 in case you need anything. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed!

The apartment itself is perfect. We really liked it and didn't miss anything (maybe oil, salt and pepper for cooking would be nice to have). But swimming pool in front of the apartment was empty - it's still under maintenance and doesn't look like someone would do anything about it. Otherwise the residential area is very nice. What was probably the worst was an ugly black stain in the sea in front of the hotel. There was a pipe leading to the sea right in front of the hotel and whatever it was, it looked really bad. Second it disappeared, but that's something which should never happen. They should do something about it and remove the pipe, otherwise responsible people will never return.
