Beautiful apartment, amazing balcony to watch sunsets and have meals. The property grounds were beautiful. The beach was amazing. If you want to relax on a less crowded beach outside town with relatively quick access to town this is a great spot. Good for families.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was perfect, clean, exactly as we expected from the photos. The beach is lovely and the beach side restaurant serves great food! It was the perfect distance from the tourist world of Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue! Running from the condo was also super, if you're a runner!

The place has an amazing floor plan/layout. I love the openness of the livingroom and dining room. There are three bathrooms which is great for travelling with more people and the rooms are well separated. Every room has a window making air circulation and light amazing. I do wish the property itself had more trees to provide shade but apart from that, extremely comfortable
