The location of the unit is one block from the Quinta Avenida (5th avenue) where majority of the shops/bars/restaurants are located. It is about a 20 minute walk to the center pier in Playa Del Carmen where ferries dock for Cozumel. Would revisit when the wifi signal improves in all the rooms.

Me encantó hospedarme en el apartamento, es muy lindo y para 5 personas es ideal, está súper equipado con electrodomésticos, lavarropas, las camas son muy cómodas, tiene aire acondicionado, y todo funcionaba. Tiene cochera subterránea, queda cerca del centro de Playa del Carmen y de la playa pública. Su ubicación es ideal. Lo súper recomiendo!
