This condo is great, the view of the ocean is outstanding. The pool and the El Faro are well maintained, the staff very nice. It is very loud though. The condo is close to the 10th street where there is a bar that boost the music from 9 pm to 3 am. And then, at 8 am, you will wake up because the dive shop across the street carries the oxygen tank on the ground. I would not stay there again but it is a nice condo.

Pros: Nice partial ocean and pool view. Fantastic pool, comfy bed, strong A/C, clean unit, within walking distance to grocery store and restaurants, market next door for incidentals, and pharmacy across the street. Cons: Local bars play extremely loud music every night from 9pm to 3am. Unfortunately, the bedroom is the closest in proximity to the road and so is the loudest room in the unit. We had to take sleeping pills and purchased silicone ear plugs, yet still only got a few hours of interrupted sleep due to the noise (especially the bass thumping). For those that like to stay up late and party, this may not be as big of a problem. However, we like to do adventurous activities all day and go to bed by 10pm. For us, the music was a miserable deal breaker, and we would not rent this unit again.
