This place is hands down amazing! The views are everything. It felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend.

It was in a great area. Safe and walkable. Security on premises. Beauty view! Like unbelievable view. Two patios. Both stunning views. Very new. Comfortable beds. Showers amazing as well. Very roomy! There was a pull out too!! I can not wait to come back! A hidden gem! Parking secure and easy as well! But… Uber was no problem 💓

We absolutely loved this apartment. This place was well stocked with great amenities and furniture. We are both tall people and felt at home here. The couch was also large enough for 3 large people to sit comfortably, not something you usually find in Mexico. We absolutely would stay here again.

Where is Cabo San Lucas?

Perched at what's referred to as "Land's End" on the southern-most tip of Baja California, Cabo San Lucas is hugged by the glittering Sea of Cortez and the sprawling Pacific Ocean. Just about a two-hour flight from LA and sunny San Diego, it's easy to get to while feeling far enough away from the grind.

Family-Friendly Activities in Cabo San Lucas

While having a reputation for drawing young party-goers, Cabo also offers many family-friendly attractions. Everybody loves the beach, and the seaside shores generally have gentler waters for splashing, such as Medano Beach. From there take a water taxi to Lover's Beach where you'll be able to get a family photo before the famous Arch, a natural rock formation. During winter, you must book a whale watching charter for a chance to see the gray whales during their mating season.

Everyone, kids included, will have a great time touring or taking a sunset sail on the Buccaneer Queen, a tall ship you may have seen as a pirate ship set in film or TV. Passing by the Arch and Lover's Beach, coral reefs, and Chileno Bay. Be sure to lift up your eye patch to get the best view of the live pirate sword fight on board.

Golfing in Cabo San Lucas

Home to some of the top golf courses in the world, made famous by the legendary pro, Jack Nicklaus, Cabo is a golfer's paradise. Break in your new wood with a vista of the sea before you putt to the edge of a craggy headland. When you book your vacation rental, see if you can plan time at Cabo del Sol Golf Club or Quivira Golf Club, two of the most popular in the region.

Fishing Tournaments in Cabo San Lucas

Once a humble fishing village and now known as the Marlin Capital of the World, Cabo hosts a few of the biggest fishing tournaments in the world, hosted by Bisbee's. Plan ahead, nab a charter and enter a tournament for the chance to win thousands of dollars, not to mention reel in a prized trophy. Or, wander the docks to catch a glimpse at some of the winners and their impressive catches.

Cabo San Lucas Clubs and Bars

If you're wondering where to party in Cabo San Lucas, it'll be easy to find a variety of places from the super chic to the laid back. Start off an evening with beers at places like Monkey Business, Knotty Bar, and Cabo Wabo Cantina, all within walking distance of each other near the Land's End Marina. Go all out with bottle service at the Pink Kitty where personalities like DJ Steve Aoki and Selena Gomez may show up. For gay bars in Cabo, check out Chandeliers or the Mandala Club, which has a swanky upstairs beach club.

You can't leave Mexico without going to a taco house with a wall of tequila! Be sure to hydrate before visiting Panchos Restaurant and Tequila Bar, though, or you might not leave your vacation rental the next day. Fall in love with Cabo San Lucas over a cocktail featuring the sweet and herbaceous Damiana Liqueur, a local delicacy that some believe to be an aphrodisiac.

Dining in Cabo San Lucas

A rainbow of flavors from all over the world can be found at Cabo San Lucas restaurants and eateries. Since it sits at the tip of a peninsula, you can bet you'll find the freshest seafood like the Baja Chocolate Clams. To go with it are handmade tortillas for fish tacos dressed with lime to make you pucker. Find ceviche and pescado zarandeado, a mayonnaise-marinated fish splayed open and grilled over mesquite for ultimate flavor.

As soon as you book your Cabo San Lucas lodging, make reservations for a one-of-a-kind dinner at Edith's. Owned by Edith Jimenez, it's one of the most exclusive dining experiences in Cabo, and it welcomes guests with a warm atmosphere. Order a Baja original, the Caesar salad, prepared from scratch right at your table the way it's meant to be. Feast on rare tuna steaks, the house flan, and expertly mixed drinks.

For cheaper eats in Cabo, take an impromptu street food and food truck tour to see what you discover. Dotting the nightclub district near Land's End are small vendors, some selling right out of their SUVs, which the wanderlusts swear by. For a sit-down meal, visit Mama's Royal Cafe and feast on a lobster omelet.

Cabo San Lucas offers something for everyone, so take a break from work and plan a vacation to this wildly varied point of paradise.
