The view was beautiful and the condo was very spacious and clean. We did have issues with the main door and could not leave the condo over for 2 days so that very disappointing and no compensation. Stove and freezer need maintenance also.

Positives… The balcony furniture was wonderful to take in all of the ocean views! The property was clean and spacious. There was more than enough room for my husband, myself and two teenagers. The beds were comfortable but the master site low to the floor. Sterling Breeze is a very nice complex. No waiting for a long time on elevators, parking is convenient once you get the permit and the grounds were clean and nicely decorated. A couple of surprising and disappointing points were that there is no full size dresser in the master bedroom to unpack your clothing. There are two small bedside tables with two drawers, but not enough room to put a weeks worth of clothing for two away. There is also no full length mirror in the condo. Probably not a big deal to some but with two teenage girls it is a necessity. The living room furniture doesn't allow many to gather comfortably in front of the tv for a relaxing night in. We had multiple issues with the master bathroom toilet clogging and it flooded the bathroom once. Maintenance and housekeeping were quick to remedy the situation so that was much appreciated. The dryer took 4 cycles to dry a load of towels, it really needs attention. There is no place in the master shower to put your toiletries so you have to put them on the ground. The WiFi is very weak, it does not reach the balcony and did not support streaming on the television. The photos in the listing show 3 photos of beach rental chairs which led me to believe they were included with the property, but they are not. The views and the sunny weather made all of these things livable!

Our family greatly enjoyed our 5-night stay here. The place was very clean, luxurious, and modern. We have been to PCB five times in previous years and this is our favorite place we have rented. You can't beat the location. Just a short walk from Pier Park in a quieter section of beachfront condos. Open the sliding doors and you hear nothing but ocean sounds all night. The on-site amenities are really quite good. Nice pool and hot tub, poolside cafe with decent food and beverages, and the gift shop in the lobby had a nice selection of sunglasses as well. The unit is fully equiped with all you need to cook, and the appliances are new and work well. We also used the (electric) grill on the balcony, and it worked very well. You'll need to bring dishwasher pods and laundry soap if you are staying a long time. If you are bringing coffee and filters, the drip machine takes flat bottom filters.
