We brought our 8 and 5 year old with us. We personally bring an air mattress with us because the kids like that option and it is easy. But all of the beds, including the sofa sleeper were comfortable. Plenty of closet and dresser space. I love how you can close the doors to the kitchen and isolate that and open the windows while cooking. We had the wild turkeys roosting in the back yard and the mule deer are always walking through the neighborhood. Driveway is super easy to get in and out of, don’t always get that. Plus it was easy to get things into the house. Kids loved the yard space, perfect for a dog which we did not bring this time. The side road to the house goes directly into Main Street with parking so you can go down there but never have to deal with traffic. We will most likely use this house again if available.
