This condo had everything we needed, close to the water, walking beach access down the street, pool, comforts of home, easy access to all parts of the island. The owner had beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkel equipment for us the use. People at the complex were friendly.

Stayed feb. Currently construction above 208 ( ocean side). A man lift was outside and blocked some of the view. Jack hammer/ general construction noise, start around 8:00 am. Should be done by mid March. Biggest issue is that the little access area to where the sea turtles eat every night at the rocks (facing the ocean on the right) has a 6-8 foot privacy fence blocking view and access. The condo itself is fine. No issue here.
