We enjoyed our stay at this house for spring break with our family. One thing to note that is not advertised is that part of the house is closed off and can be rented to another family. They have closed off a bedroom and made it into a separate suite, but you share a driveway and bedroom walls. Lucky for us no one rented during our stay, but I am not sure I would be comfortable essentially sharing a home with someone else when the idea was to rent an entire home. Also, there were only 4 of us (2 children) and yet every time we showered the hot water ran out. Cold showers were frequent, which was disappointing. Vacasa could be a little difficult to communicate with, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, so close to the pool and beach and easily bikeable to the larger section of Windmark!

We had a great time! The proximity to the beach was amazing and the use of the golf cart was a perk we didn't realize we were going to love and value as much as we did. The layout was great - it provided some autonomy for the older generation as well as a quiet place for my daughter to work while on vacation. The kitchen was stocked - I could have left all of the small appliances I brought along at home - whoever planned out the kitchen thought of everything. Overall, we had a lovely time and made many memories.
