The house itself is great. Great, clean layout. Great location. Roomy bedrooms and plenty of space. We did have some issues that made me wish we were dealing with an owner and not a property management company While the TV worked we had issues getting it to connect to the internet. It said it was connected to wifi but there was no internet. We did reach out to Vacasa and after some general advice (unplug the router, make sure the tv is plugged in..etc) they offered to send someone out. At that point we didn't think it was worth it as it was our last night. Normally not having a tv isn't a big deal but we had plans to have a movie night for the kids so had to pivot and have them watch it on an ipad instead. Also lucked out weather wise but otherwise would have appreciated being able to use the tv. The Hot tub was not turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. By the time we realized this it was late on our last night so we did not reach out to vacasa to inquire. It's just obvious that you're discussing with a corporation and not someone local. We requested a later check out (11am instead of 10am) and while I understand that's not always available, it was just very much a standard "no someone else is checking in" approach. Times like this are when it's easier to directly connect to an owner who may have been agreeable to us staying an extra 30-60 minutes.

Really loved the yard and beach! House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out and kids loved having their own space. Appreciate being able to bring our pup along as well!

We enjoyed staying at this place. We saw seals swimming out front, and a bald eagle flying by. We would stay there again!
