Excellent location and stunning view! This was my first time spending Christmas in Hilton Head, as I usually visit in the summer. While it was quite cold, which meant no beach time, I loved being so close to the beach. Note that while you can’t see the beach from the property, you can definitely hear it. The unit itself was spacious and beautifully designed. I really liked the layout, with one bed/bathroom on one side and the other on the opposite side, providing total privacy—a much-needed feature for our group. The kitchen is relatively small, but it worked perfectly for us since we didn’t do much cooking. That said, I appreciated the generous supply of dishes, glasses, and pans, which made meal prep easy. The dining table that seats six was another bonus. One of my favorite features was the wraparound porch/balcony, which stretches from the family room to the master suite—a delightful treat. Everyone we encountered, from renters and owners to the cleaning crew, was incredibly friendly. This unit is also stocked with board games and other fun activities, which added to our enjoyment. Another thoughtful touch was the luggage and shopping carts available in the garage, which made transporting our belongings so much easier. I’m glad someone shared this tip when we checked in! Lastly, a big thank you to the Vacasa agents for their friendliness and helpfulness. I’ll definitely be looking to rent this unit again in the near future.
