An agent from Vacasa reached out when we arrived and when I asked what time the fitness center closed they insisted it was not part of our contract - even though it stated it was multiple times in the listing. I spent the whole evening going back and forth via text to ensure that we indeed have access to the fitness center. The following day we used the gym keys that were left for us in the condo and they gave us access. The agents didn't know what they were talking about and caused undo stress. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. There weren't any games except for a deck of cards and there weren't matches to light the fireplace. Otherwise, beds were very comfy, condo was clean and the location was great.

In anticipation of road and neighbor noise based on other reviews we brought a white noise machine - it still didn’t fully mask the loud creaks and steps from the guests in the room above, so be aware. This is cozy for 2 guests, wouldn’t recommend 3 people. Kitchen is well-stocked with a regular coffeemaker, mugs, cups, plates, bowls, drinkware, silverware including bottle opener/pizza cutter/ kitchen knives, measuring cups/spoons. Cutting boards, a toaster, 4 burner stove & oven, cookie sheets, a sponge/paper towels/ dish soap. Very comfy bed! All in all it was great for a couple needing a place to crash in between ski days, minus the noise.
