Overall, we had a great time during our stay. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly accommodating for our fairly large family. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together. However, there were a few frustrations that took away from the overall experience. We vacation quite a bit, and it struck us as a bit unusual that we weren’t given clear check-in instructions until 4 PM on the day of arrival. More concerning, the directions to the condo were outdated, which made it difficult to locate the unit initially. We even had to ask others in the area to help us find our place.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi information provided was no longer accurate, and the access codes for amenities like the gym were not correct as well. When we tried to contact support, they continued to give us old information, which didn’t help resolve the issues. This lack of updated communication was the most frustrating part of our stay.
That said, once we got settled in, everything else was wonderful. With a few improvements to communication and keeping guest info current, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Our room was great. We had all the necessary amenities and ample space for our whole family. We were right on the water and could be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this rental for any family looking to getaway and spend quality time with each other.
