We enjoyed our stay at the Grand, the condo is walking distance to the village and pool, love everything Sandestin has to offer. Kitchen stocked to make meals Condo has no blankets and the mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced.

My partner and I stayed at this property for New Years Eve and added on a couple of days to explore the Destin area, as we are from Australia. We were very happy with the location of this property, it was walking distance for most restaurants and facilities in the area. We would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Grand #2323 in Miramar Beach, FL, and highly recommend it. We celebrated New Year's with our two young kids, and there was no shortage of activities—ice skating, playgrounds, heated pools, an ice cream shop, a candy store, and live music. I would have liked to see arts and crafts activities. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with Vacasa was excellent. The condo was clean and well-equipped, though the beds were average in comfort. While new mattresses would be nice, the experience met my expectations for the price. I recommend bringing your salt/ pepper, beach towels, baking pan, blankets, and your own pillows. The spacious balcony was ideal for enjoying morning coffee, unwinding in the evenings, and storing all our beach essentials. The location was just steps from the pool and the vibrant village area. The Vacasa staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. Overall, our experience at The Grand #2323 was exceptional, and we can't wait to return next year! FYI: Beachgoers in December tend to be happier and friendlier than in the summer. The beaches are less crowded, and the atmosphere is more pleasant.
