This home was a 2-bedroom overlooking the River. You could sit on the balcony and watch the trains cross the river. Earlier reviews complained about the noise, but we rarely heard it even though trains went by all day. We were 4 adults and it was so nice to stay here rather than 2 hotel rooms as we could sit comfortably some afternoons resting, talking, and/or playing games. It was a 20 minute walk along the river to Broadway, 10 minutes to Printer's Alley and about 45 minutes to the Gulch. We walked all of them except home from the Gulch in the rain. There is a parking space in the garage and we just parked there and walked everywhere after our first quick trip to the grocery store for breakfast items, snacks, and drinks. Be sure and download the vacasa app and everything you need to know (including the codes to get in) will be there. Our first code arrived at exactly 4:00pm the day we were to check in. You can book this through several ways. We reserved through Marriott Homes and Villas so we knew we could trust this Vacasa rental. We paid 50% when reserving but there was a reasonable cancellation/refund policy.
