The condo has a spectacular view and is well stocked. The king bed is very comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen. The furniture is comfortable. Great location and close to all at Atlantic Beach. We would rent it again!!!

Although the condo was not a 5-star property, it was good for a long weekend in which we had several activities that kept us busy off-site. The view was beautiful and unobstructed. There was a creepy guy in the condo next door who kept hovering his drone outside our deck area, but that is no fault of Vacasa. Even though I have rented through VRBO and Air BnB numerous times all over the US, I must say that Vacasa did a great job of being available to communicate via text, even late at night. Someone on the other end answered questions and assisted me several times. A guest services rep even came in person on Sunday afternoon to get us on to the Wifi. I like knowing someone is available to respond if something really goes wrong with a rental. I hope Vacasa communicates with property owners equally well as this unit needs some refreshing before next vacation season.
