We spent Christmas Holiday in this home as it's a central location for family members to drive to. The home itself is beautiful - very spacious, in a gated community, near many great amenities. It's dog-friendly, so I was not expecting high-end accommodations. However, we arrived late at night after a grueling 17-hour drive with kids and dog, only to find we'd been given the wrong security code to the gate and could not get into the complex. Thankfully Vacasa had a 24-hour emergency line and we were given an alternative code that worked.
The home would be amazing with a bit more care. The pool needs a good scrubbing and is not in swimming condition. Luckily it was too cold for us to swim, but if it had been summer I would have been very upset. Important to note that the master suite is the only bedroom on the main floor, and it's about 3 flights up to the other bedrooms (townhome design), so if accessibility is an issue I would not recommend it here.
The home itself is spacious and great lights, the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which is super nice. There is no pool table, the foosball table was broken, there were some lights that were out, and the place needs some upgrading. We were unable to get any of the bedroom televisions working, and several were missing remotes and/or batteries.
These are not "deal breakers" in my book, but definitely worth noting.
All in, I would probably not rent this home again, but I would recommend it as an "ok" location to others. No complaints about the Vacasa staff - they were great and responsive. But the instructions, the wifi, the small details that make renting a house a great experience could all use some attention.

Very nice home but barely enough hot water for only two of us to shower. Could not take a bath and enjoy the gorgeous view from bathroom. Slight smell. Overpowering room deodorizer in each room to cover. Overall very nice and good layout.
