This is a great place. It is very clean and it's in a very good location. Walk across the street to the Snowflake trail which is maybe 50 yards above the lift. Beds were very comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was excellent (one neighbor above right can see you in the tub but the next door neighbor is blocked via your tub cover - all fine for us). It fits 2 very comfortably and four was fine too. You could probably add another - but would be tight. It is a nice 15-minute downhill walk to downtown. Never were able to time the busses right coming home (there is a stop close to the house) nor brave the uphill walk home, so we ubered the 5 of us home each night for $20. Things to keep in mind (1) earlier comments are accurate - do not expect anything in the kitchen from a supply standpoint (oil, seasoning, foil, more than 2 paper towels, shot glasses, proper rocks glasses (!), etc.) - which is fine - just plan for it (2) skiing back to the unit on Snowflake trail is challenging- at least 2 or 3 long flat spots and it is difficult to get up enough speed from the C lift area to blast through them upfront - more challenging for snowboarders than skiers. Again, we were fine with it for 2 x per day - but just don't expect to have an easy ski back (3) living room seating is limited - 3 on the couch and 1 on the recliner/rocker. After that, guests need to sit on the kitchen chair to watch the game (4) garage is big and clean and is the best way to come into the house after skiing (has a ski rack inside and the garage 4 digit code is MUCH easier to remember than the 10 digit house code) but not big enough for a large SUV like the Lincoln navigator we had - not a problem for us - we just parked it in driveway. Also, one of the communications from Vacasa said that there are 2 guest spots to the left of the driveway. Not completely accurate - one of the spots has a sign indicating it is only for one specific unit on the street (not this one) and the other has a sign saying it is for guests - but permit is required. We never received a permit but never needed those spaces either - and they were mostly empty during our stay.
