We truly enjoyed our stay! The themed decorations were a fun touch, and the home was beautiful and very clean. However, there were a few areas that could improve the guest experience. As a travel agent, I’d recommend allowing guests to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, especially in warmer weather. The thermostat was locked with a PIN, and we were unable to lower it, which made for some uncomfortable and stuffy nights. Additionally, the instructions for getting to the condo were a bit complicated. It would be helpful to direct guests to enter through the main gate first (just a 1-3 minute drive) to get their parking pass before proceeding. Lastly, the trash disposal instructions were a bit confusing. The bin inside the garage had a blue top for recycling only, and we didn’t see a regular garbage bin. We ended up using an empty bin outside to dispose of our trash. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was wonderful, and we appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the home.
