We normally don't write reviews but wanted to point out how great VACASA was and everything about this trip. We loved the location, the condo was clean and great, the checkin/out was easy, the contact with VACASA on the few questions we had was perfect, and we could go on and on. We actually left our daughters backpack there and they sent it to us. We plan on coming back and that's how happy we were with this trip. All the silly things you read on google reviews were not an issue here. Thank you VACASA for making our vacation wonderful, please don't let too many people know since the price was fair and the customer service and location was great.

Home was perfect for our stay! Very clean and convenient. Beds were actually very comfortable and water pressure was decent. Wi-Fi worked great. Outside covered patio was a nice touch for evenings. Came appointed with everything we needed (floats, games, etc) Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Orlando.

It was a quiet place with nice people in the connecting homes. There was some minor things that needed addressing and the staff came in a timely manner to address. The remotes to the TVs need updated and the extra ones need to be removed from the house. To many and confusing. There needs too be a local or list of channels and directions for the remotes for people to be able to access the TV. The facility is beautiful and pools and hot tubs were nice. We enjoyed our 2 weeks
