This property overall is a really good rental with lots of space and a very open and airy feel to the apartment. It has all of the things you need to have a good stay. There are a few things that might need improving to make this a 5 Star Stay. If you are staying here and need to work from home using Wi-Fi I would look for another location that has better Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi (both 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies) was completely useless for work purposes. Download speeds were consistently around 30 mbps and upload around 2 mbps. Yes, you read that right — two. We were never able to backup or sync any of our devices — collectively or individually — at any point during our 6-day stay. I had better speeds from the free Wi-Fi on my United flight home. We also had to go out and buy our own laundry and dish detergent pods. There is a person to contact if you need something but I think it is just some random person each time you contact them in a call center somewhere. I don't think there is anyone at the location that can help you directly as I could find no one. I asked for additional detergent and they stated that it is located on the second floor in a storage unit that has a code. I went to a second floor and looked for a storage closet. It was a keyed entry. I looked around in another area for a second floor with a supply closet but found none. As a result I had to purchase detergents and additional paper towels. You are pretty much on your own after you enter the unit. There are lots of places close by to shop if needed. I would make sure that the shower bar in the upstairs bathroom be fixed and the light in the stove vent be replaced. Other than that, this is a well put together unit! Again, the unit itself if very nice. There are just a few things that would take it to the next level.

This condo was a great place to stay at our recent visit to Portland. Aside of a visit to the old Concordia campus and to Beaverton, we didn’t need our car. We walked to local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and there is a grocery store conveniently located directly across the street. We traveled to Powell’s Bookstore and Pioneer Square by bus and street car, since stops were right outside the building. We stayed with our son and his partner, and the condo provided enough sitting space and privacy. The access to the Lounge allowed us to play pool. We loved the floor to ceiling windows, and the window shades did not allow too much morning light.

Absolutely beautiful place, modern industrial, fits right into Slabtown district. Walked to nearby restaurants, visited a plant shop as well! Awesome space!
