Bandon is famous as the home of the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, with jaw-dropping ocean views right from the courses, but there's much more to this charming town than first meets the eye. The beach offers some of the most picturesque sunset scenery, with jutting rocks breaking out of the long stretch of sand. To the north of town lies Bullards Beach State Park, home of the historic Coquille River Lighthouse, and to the south is Bandon State Park in between lies Bandon itself.
For a bit of window shopping, head to quaint Old Town Bandon, home to an eclectic collection of shops and galleries where you can pick up a piece of local art or handmade chocolates.
