for a family of 3-4 this is a terrific condo. loved the king size bed, and the kids were able to share the pull-out couch to sleep in. the room was furnished with just the right supplies, including beach chairs and umbrella. the location is top-notch and the building has a store inside that offers everything from hot and cold sandwiches, to beer and coffee, and most grocery style needs. all in all, you can't ask for much more

The whole complex is great. The beach is awesome and the pool is amazing. This particular unit had great ocean views from each bedroom.
