I and my family had a fantastic stay. This is a very family oriented home, very clean, and management quick to respond if you have any concerns. Thank you for letting us stay here at this fantastic home. I recommend, recommend

We used it for family ski weekend, and it was an easy drive to Bolton Valley. We found it very clean, plenty of room, well appointed chef’s kitchen, with open layout and gas fireplace. The beds are very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. The view of Malletts Bay is beautiful, and we hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and lake access!

This home overlooks the water and makes the very most of the amazing view. The dining room, primary bedroom and sunroom and the finished lower level all have fantastic views of the lake. The flow of the house is great - the kitchen island is great to gather around for appetizers and cocktails plus there is another wet bar area with wine frig. There is a half bath off the kitchen and a laundry room which was very handy. We were visiting our college student at UVM -- roughly 30 minutes away. Honestly a perfect distance from the busy campus. She drove out easy and could enjoy a sleepover with us or easily commute back. Our 16 year old loved the finished lower level-- its beautiful. If its important to you -- there are not televisions in all three bedrooms. It was fine with us but I know its important to some. Very commutable to ski hills and small town tourist attractions. Loved it.

Much of Vermont is verdant and lush, and the Lake Champlain region near the Quebec and Northern New York borders isn't any different. The Lake Champlain Islands are known for their majestic seashores and gorgeous mountain views. The area boasts 200 miles of pristine coastline - you might even spy Champ, the mythic monster that is said to reside in the lake! - as well as apple orchards and farmers markets galore.

Spotted by Samuel Champlain in 1609, the area was strategic in the War of Independence and was home to several pitch battles during the War of 1812. Two centuries later, the region is a tourist mecca, thanks to beautiful beaches, places for peaceful reflection, and eager locals wanting to lend a helping hand. Our Vermont vacation rentals on these small but scenic islands offer the best respite for the weary traveler.
