We loved the big, well equipped kitchen! And the living room with a large L-shaped couch & bean bag chair was great for relaxing. Spices were in the cupboard. I read earlier reviews that there was a lack of toilet paper & paper towels etc but we found extra garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc under the sinks. There’s a small kitchen in the suite downstairs too. And an electric kettle in a the main kitchen (not pictured). There is no door on the bathroom in the basement so we would close the bedroom door for privacy. There’s also a washer & dryer in the basement suite as well as upstairs. Good parking for 2 vehicles plus it was easy to find street parking on this quiet street. We had more family staying a 5 minute walk away at La Jolla Shores so this was a perfect location to be close to them. We all agreed this was a great vacation spot!

Fantastic renovation of classic La Jolla Shores ranch, great layout, huge living room, amazing kitchen thats even bigger in person, great countertops and new appliances, perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are spacious, nice furniture, comfortable beds, nicely updated bathrooms. Patio out back was great, hot tub is big and heats up quick! Highly recommend! 2 blocks to beach and town, great neighborhood.
