High Pointe Resort Condo Rentals | Florida

The great thing about this location is you can walk to Rosemary or across the street to Seacrest village center (live music, pizzas, general store, ice cream, etc.) and never really need to get in your car except to go to Publix if you wish to cook in the condo. The beach chair service and the availability of the beachside restaurant and bar make this location, in my opinion, better than any other in Rosemary. Yes, there are more luxurious accommodations elsewhere, but not with this proximity to the beach, pool, and the aforementioned restaurant. It is a great value and there is nothing about this condo that leaves you feeling like you've overpaid or are left wanting something else. Frankly, after coming to 30A for year, I am tired of needing a golf cart to go to all the places you can walk to from here. I just want to park my car and be able to walk to everything within a 1/8-1/4 mile. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that this condo did have very good kitchen and cooking utinsels and cookware. I don't know if it had all just been recently replaced or is always "like new", but we appreciated not needing to bring our own kitchen knives and a decent skillet. They had it all - it means a lot to me when someone supplies quality cookware. The only downside for us was that the awesome pool was not heated. I am sure that from May thru September a heated pool isn't necessary. But a lot of new developments (not in this primo beachfront location) have heated pools. And in early March 2025, the swimming pool was colder than the water in the Gulf. My kids would eagerly get in the frigid ocean waters, but the cold in the pool was too intense. I didn't see any other kids braving the water more than 20 minutes. It is a great pool though, and I am sure it is awesome later in the year. We would return to High Pointe and to this condo. In fact, we've already recommended it to our family physician who is looking for a great spot at Rosemary that is not as exorbitantly expensive as The Pearl.
