My wife, daughter, and I stayed a week in #110. We had good weather the entire week (although it was windy most days). The condo is well-located in the middle of the island about 15 minutes south of the airport. We had a great stay. The condo is the most well-outfitted of any I have stayed in on the islands. It has everything you need for cooking except food. The furniture is well laid out and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and modern – great showers, good hot water, lots of nice towels. Very good washer/dryer and dishwasher. Didn’t use the shared BBQ’s, but they are a couple of nice looking, large Weber gas grills. Parking is easy and close. The beach equipment is great, with four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, a bunch of beach towels, and a perfect-sized cooler. They need to add some instructions for the TV, but it has an extensive cable TV lineup (and a DVR). The lanai is nice, with comfortable furniture and a terrific view (we had some great sunsets). The best thing about the lanai is that it is mostly protected from the wind. The central location means you have easy access to stores and can reach the beaches and resorts to the north and south in 20 to 30 minutes. Yes, we will be back.
