We have been vacationing at the Plantation for 26 years, staying in all of the buildings, and this was the first time in this unit. We loved it! It had a side balcony which overlooked a natural area with trees and native plants that gave us the feel of being more private than the other units. There were so many birds singing in the morning. It was nice having an extra window in the kitchen and bedroom. We were there during the lunar eclipse and was very pleasantly surprised that I could see the whole thing from the balcony! Very cool. There were a couple of chilly nights, and with the wind blowing, we had to bundle up. Perfect weather for touring Fort Morgan. Went to both piers and ate at Tacky Jacks and Sassy Pizza. Both were really good. Saw 3 nesting osprey pairs on Fort Morgan Rd. Very cool. Had a great vacation and really enjoyed this unit. It was different and unique.
