Brittany fm Casago answered all my multiple questions ahead of going both thoroughly and patiently. Every step of the process was emailed and positively presented. The instructions for arriving and departing were clearly articulated and people were responsive when I called once during our stay. I would definitely use these folks again! The only slight concern I had was that, although the premises itself had multiple positives and was in great shape and fully supplied, and the amenities of the community were stellar, was that our unit was located right by the entry where people cake in and out and the patio was literally next to 5-6 A/C units. The apt itself as I say was awesome. I think perhaps if Casago knew the property well, they might have somehow noted that the patio was a little less useable for those that like privacy and a little less machinery around them. This was not major. Also, wrt the commiunity, it works very well great if they had umbrellas at the pool w such a strong sun. That said, that the pools and hot tubs were both working and open til 11 pm was awesome. Lastly, they advertised grills so we assumed they'd be propane but they were just fur charcoal. I think that also could be made more clear. It may sound like I'm complaining, but overall my son and I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable there and I might even go back to that community again! It was well located as well. Thank you Casago for making our stay so nice and making us feel secure as our agent there!

Comfortable beds, good location for golf, condo was attractive. We especially liked the outdoor porch on nights when it was warm enough to use. There were a few maintenance issues that we brought to your attention shortly before we left, and we were told that they would be handled right away. It will then be a 5 start rental! We also enjoyed using the fitness facility which was an easy walk from the condo.
