We loved the house . The neighborhood was quiet and quaint Locations was perfect . The home abuts a canal and we saw beautiful sunsets ..the home is Close to lots of great restaurants and bars with live entertainment Bike paths Golf courses and beaches Everything was within 15 minutes and the home owner provided a great list of recommendations which was extremely helpful Can’t wait to go back !!! Highly recommend

The location was perfect for us. Nice and clean. We appreciated the advice on how to prevent ants from appearing. You might want to include how to avoid the no see um insects at sunset for us out of staters. Front door lock was temperamental. Website said heated pool, but it definitely was not. Kitchen had everything. Netflix worked well. Super peaceful and quiet.

House was in a great location, quick access to everything including boca grande. Quiet nice backyard, nice bathroom. Great for couples staying together as there is 2 living rooms - great for privacy.
