Recent Flagler Beach guest reviews

We typically rent houses for our vacations and have certain things set houses apart from each other. This one met all of our needs and more! There is a seating/living room area on each level inside as well as outside. We had 8 on our trip and between the inside and outside seating, it never felt crowded. The front yard is fenced in, which is a nice touch because it feels even more private. There are beach toys, coolers, boogie boards as well as beach chairs for your use. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and beach towels as well, which we don't always see with our rentals. I wasn't a fan of the spiral staircase and preferred to use the deck stairs outside. The beach is just a quick walk across the road. Within a few blocks, there are bars, pizza places, 2 ice cream shops, 711 and Dollar General...all very walkable. A few reviews mentioned parking issues. We didn't have any issues, but came expecting to. We were always able to park in our spots overnight. There were just a few times where we needed to park in front of the next house. It really wasn't a big deal.

Great location. Beautiful beach with access. Gorgeous sunrise. House is nicer inside than what appears from street view. Construction on both adjacent properties but it did not bother us during our stay. Had a power outage that tripped circuit breaker we were not able to access.

We love Flagler and have been visiting for the past 4 years. This house has been our favorite. It was very clean, close to the beach, exactly as pictured, and the layout was perfect. The downstairs suite was just right for the grandparents and our daughter loved her room. Having the second living room was useful. It was nice to have access to the garage to keep our bikes. We would definitely stay again.
