Fantastic apartment, modern and nicely decorated. HUGE selling point is the free gondola that takes you to the ski base area. Another HUGE selling point is the access to the amazing pool and hot tubs nearby. However, the unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. There were dirty dishes that were in the cupboard. The pullout mattress had chocolate stains and chocolate wrappers on the sheets, and crumpled up used sheets that were in a ball so it was a mess when you opened it to go to bed. There was trash on the floor under the table next to the couch. It’s not very fair to charge a hefty cleaning fee when the place clearly wasn’t cleaned. I’d stay again for the amenities, but they need to hire new cleaners or refund you the cleaning fee for putting up with a dirty rental.

First tracks 4105 was spacious for our family with a full kitchen and the 2 bedrooms. We thought the location was nice with an easy 5 minute gondola ride to the base. Hot tubs and pool were great. Communication was excellent g. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This unit is up to date and well equipped: the kitchen had what we needed to make several meals in the unit, there were plenty of towels - pillows and blankets, and we appreciate the bathroom amenities. Love that it has a private washer and dryer. First Tracks is a short walk to the Wild Horse Gondola as well as offering its own shuttle to the base.
