Good house at encore resort. Every year me and my family stay at encore resort and it is always a pleasure. We love the area and have been going 5+ years now. House was ok/good! Unfortunately paid for pool heating and did not get heated pool for the 10 days we stayed at the house which was a bummer but was issued a refund. The house lacked basic useful kitchen supplies like pots and pans, good quality knives (all were dull), dish soap (not even mini), a sponge, salt, pepper, and some other little things that we have found in other homes when staying at encore. House was overall clean, just under the couch had a lot of dust and crumbs. House was exactly like pictures which was great! There are 2 cribs on the property which was a plus (host had advised me there wasn’t which was a little odd but went to find that there was in fact 2). The outdoors was nice, chairs were comfortable but cushions are all ripped and so is volleyball net but overall a nice touch. Customer service was ok, took 24+ hours to respond but when they did they took care of the problem quickly. Overall house is a solid 4 out of 5 starts because of some minor issues. Other than that house is a good property and wouldn’t mind going back.
