We could tell the owners took great care in preparing the condo for renters. The have a book with instructions and recommendations. They had extras such as blankets, pillows, beach wagon, spices for cooking. Only thing we missed was extra pool towels and heated swimming pool.

Great 4 day stay for our family of 5 at this apartment condo! So spacious with 2bd and 2.5 bathrooms! Absolute amazing view from the 12th floor of the ocean out front and the city on the side as this is a corner apartment. The pools/hot tub is on the 6th floor making a very nice view of the ocean. So clean and nice. Wonderful staff. Tight security with garage parking. All the things you need in the kitchen. My only dislike were the beds were more hard than we prefer, but it’s not easy to please everyone in that respect. Also only a few washcloths, luckily I brought my own as I have run into that many times. They also provided a few beach towels. Conveniently right across from Stewart Beach which is the best beach area on the sea wall. Fun game room too with ping pong, billiards, foosball, board games, books, TV. And a home movie theatre with reclining seats, we didn’t get to take advantage of that amenity! We will definitely book this room/complex again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And slight hiccup with our original booking and Vacasa upgraded us to this room and they paid the difference. They handled it quickly & smoothly. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!! Thank you Vacasa!! ❤️💯

The location was near to everything. The condo had a home feel, so comfy. Equipped with everything you would need. Very clean, lots of towels, huge closets lots room to hang, store clothes, shoes & luggage. Extras. 2nd bedroom had a full size bed and a twin size. Was nice. Washer/ Dryer is all 1, does both. We had to figure out the start mode. It is fancy smart appliances. Did a good job. The bathrooms plenty of room. The balcony great view and had outside furniture. Hope to come back again. I Highly recommend this Condo.
