The home was bright and inviting. It’s in the heart of Destin so whether you want old Destin or Miramar, it’s all within 10-15 minutes! Beach is magnificent 5 minute walk. Beautiful area and home. We would love to staycation here again!!

Overall, this is a lovely property. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance to the beach. The primary bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bedroom has a private entrance/attached deck. The house provides almost everything you would need for a beach vacation (beach chairs, towels, etc.). The house did NOT smell like must or mold which is hard to find this close to the beach! My only concern was the cleanliness of the property (the floors were very dirty and there was visible dust on certain surfaces, for example). I did share this with the team, so hopefully they improve their cleaning services.

This house is the perfect size for a family or a couple of couples to share. The space is nicely designed with a loft space with a tv and couch, a downstairs gathering area with a tv, and an outdoor space. Each of the three bedrooms also has its own tv.
It is a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed the convenience of the location.
