The first thing you notice when you approach the home is that there is small businesses in front and underneath. You go up the stairs and when you enter the room, it is a large open space of living room kitchen dining room area all in one. Really really nice space super clean With all the amenities of a home. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Lots of closet. Space.

This was our second time staying at this gem in San Diego, and it was just as wonderful as the first! We arrived an hour before check-in and were graciously allowed to enter early, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
From the moment we stepped inside, we found a clean and welcoming home that truly has everything you need. We chose this spot to enjoy the last days of 2024, and although we don’t live far from San Diego, this getaway felt absolutely perfect.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and everything was spotless, which made preparing meals a breeze. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus, especially since we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6.
The location is incredibly convenient. You’re walking distance from coffee shops, a brewery, a liquor store, a gas station, and some charming small shops. Plus, it’s just a quick drive to downtown San Diego.
While we were sad to leave, we’re already looking forward to coming back soon. This spot has become a favorite for us, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Compass Rose was a dream come true!
Perfect location; ocean front, steps away for the Sea Ranch ocean bluff trail and a few minutes away from the town of Gualala.
The house is pure luxury, one of the best houses I have stayed in at Sea Ranch.
