We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—within walking distance to most local hotspots, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the area super convenient.
The kitchen was a great bonus for those who like to cook, and having a washer and dryer on-site made things even more convenient, especially for a longer stay. I also really appreciated the provided hair dryer since I had forgotten to pack mine—little touches like that made a big difference.
Like many major cities, there were some homeless individuals along 1st and 2nd Street, but it wasn’t a burden and they never bothered us. It’s just something to be aware of if you're not used to city life, but it didn’t affect our experience.
While the street noise was a bit noticeable at times, it wasn’t any different from what you'd expect in a big city, and it generally quieted down after midnight. We felt completely safe during our stay, which was a big plus.
One of the standout features for us was the garage—it was ideal since we had rented a car to explore other parts of Washington.
Overall, this was a solid place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area!

Cute and secure building with a lovely courtyard. So many things to do in a few block radius. Loved the onsite parking and the balcony with a view of city life and the Space needle..
