Nice getaway place, even though the weather when we visited did not cooperate. Nice amenities, very reasonable requests for pets. We could envision this being a very nice Bear Lake vacation HQ for two families with kids. The adults can take the two big bedrooms, put the girls in the loft, put the boys in the basement bedroom next to the garage with the air hockey and foosball tables. It's not next to anything other than a golf course (and when you see a sign on Golf Course Drive warning of frequent dips in the road, believe it), but other things are an easy drive away. We'd go back.

My wife and I live in Boise and needed some time away. We had never been to Bear Lake before but heard about how beautiful it is. We were not disappointed! We came in the off-season to escape the crowds. The home has all the amenities you could want, is well-stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils, and the Wi-Fi and streaming worked flawlessly. We were able to login to our streaming subscriptions, in addition to the ones already provided, so we could watch our favorite shows. The beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer combo came in handy. The large widows in the living room give a spectacular view of the lake, which is beautiful with the snow still remaining. We are already planning a return trip next spring!
