Wonderful Location steps from the beach, great location to restaurants. Grocery stores, and heart of balboa. The house had all the amenities we could need. We are renovating our home and had to move out for a few days and this little getaway was just what we needed. We will definitely revisit this property again. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating when we forgot a set of keys in the house after checkout they were very helpful.

We recently stayed at this property and had an overall pleasant experience. The nice view of the canal was a highlight, providing a serene backdrop to our stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with particularly impressive high-quality linens on the bed that made for a comfortable night's sleep. The well-appointed kitchen was another strong point, equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. The listing advertises a designated parking spot for "small to mid-size" vehicles, but unless you're driving a smart car or a two-door Mini Cooper, your car won't fit.
