Absolutely stunning view if the lake, wonderful yardspace, friendly neighborhood. Great location to the Canadian border. Plan on staying in the future. I can confirm the best works well in the home, it is clean, etc. Bathtub jets are broken though.

This is our second time staying here for me and my friends’ yearly ice fishing trip on Champlain. House is very comfortable and clean. Great place to cook a big family meal and watch movies/play games with the kids when it gets too cold to be outside. Looking forward to coming back next year if the stars align.
