Here in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, you'll have access to two gorgeous outdoor pools that are heated during winter months, the Palmilla Beach Golf Club, and a beach boardwalk just about a block away.
This home enjoys a great location in Palmilla Beach Resort, about a quarter-mile from the 12-hole, links-style golf course originally designed by Arnold Palmer. Downtown Port Aransas - home to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and sources of entertainment - is less than three miles up the coast.
Before heading out to the beach or the golf course each day, spend the morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a seat in an Adirondack chair on the front porch. You'll be greeted back in the afternoon by a cool blast of central AC and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels.
